Yesterday we went to the octagon . At the octagon ,there was a big lecture about fertilizer. It told us about how we grow. It was very interesting and there were lots of schools there. In the middle of the lecture, two llamas came onto the stage and the owners of the llamas told us about them and how much they poo! The man told us about lightning and showed us a weather machine which made lightning. At the end of the lecture, another man came in with a barrel-full of poo and it stank. After the lecture, we had lunch and a man dressed as a worm came and gave us some questions about the lecture. After all of this, we went back to school.

We have also started doing adverts in literacy and are going to be in groups and are going to be put in a Dragons Den situation with the y5 teachers as the dragons.
