Earlier this week, Lydgate's very own Italian restaurant opened its doors to 120 Y4 children! The children were able to taste a range of food that Italy is famous for. Some of the food went down very well (pizza and gelato, especially!), whilst other foods were not so popular - particularly olives and artichokes! Impressively, many of the children tried the whole range of foods and then gave them a star rating. They also described what they thought of the food using Italian vocabulary.
