As part of our topic on Ancient Egypt, Y5 have been doing some research in ICT about how to make mummies. We found out lots of facts and then we used these in our literacy work to write our own Mummification Manual for a trainee embalmer. The whole process is really gruesome! Did you know that they used to use a long sharp hook to smash up the brain before removing it?
