This week we are focusing on Articles 6 (Life, Survival and Development), 12 (Respect for Children's Views) and 24 (Health and Health Services) through Earth Hour-themed activities.

Every year on the last Saturday of March (Saturday 27 March 2021), Earth Hour is celebrated. Earth Hour engages millions of people in more than 180 countries and territories, switching off their lights to show support for our planet.  Earth Hour goes far beyond the symbolic action of switching off - it has become a focus for positive environmental impact. This is a great opportunity to explore environmental issues through the prism of children's rights.
