Holidays at home

Hello everyone, we hope you are all well. It's been an unusual Easter break but we hope you've had some fun over the last two weeks..

Some of our Year 4s have been in school for a few days over the holidays. They've done all sorts of activities -  baking, dancing, painting, climbing, making obstacle courses for the teachers, Easter egg hunts, racing paper horses, learning card tricks and generally  having lots of fun too!

Thank you to everyone who has been in touch. It's lovely to receive your emails, letting us know what you have been up to at home. It looks like you're keeping very busy.

Jasmine has made this beautiful garden art.

She's not the only one who has been creative. Check out this princess robot made from junk.

And this Roman mansion, made from clay, brick, pebbles and slate. It even has a bath inside!

This busy boy has been writing a daily diary, playing with his dog and doing the Joe Wickes work out. He says his legs are killing him!

Olivia made a rainforest powerpoint for her teachers. Here are some of the other things she has been doing too.

Here's another busy girl - she has been doing maths and reading; been making dens; built a doodle robot; made posters for nhs staffrooms; and baked these scrummy cookies. Brilliant!

Here's someone else who's been busy in the kitchen, treating his family to this delicious lasagne. It looks amazing!

Ruby has been busy working on her reading and maths - what a lot of lovely work. Well done Ruby.

Issy has been a budding scientist this week and has made lava lamps with her brother.

She even wrote clear instructions for anyone who wants to have a go!

Here's someone else who has been enjoying her home learning. She's been reading, drawing and spending time with her family - inside, outside and online!

Sophia has done this lovely writing about our visit to Tropical World, which seems like a really long time ago now!

Thomas has some exciting new for us. He has a new cat! Can you see why he named him Socks?

Jonah has made this gorgeous Easter egg bunting from clay. He is going to hang it up ready for the Easter weekend. Good job Jonah!
