Some children in Year 5 have filled Christmas shoeboxes for people facing crisis at Christmas time. They have been very thoughtful and filled the boxes with a mixture of useful items and gifts. Here is a photo of the children involved.

In RE, Y5 WR have been learning about the meaning of the gifts the three wise men presented to the baby Jesus. They have written a newspaper report describing the meeting between King Herod and the three kings.

A few weeks ago, the Year 5 and 6 choir learnt the song Out of the Darkness from the musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie and filmed a video lip syncing. This video has now been featured by BBC Radio Sheffield in their Where We Belong Project!
